If you’re caring for someone who lives alone or deals with chronic illness, you can sign up for bill alerts for their account with their permission. You’ll be notified if their account is in danger of being shut off for non-payment.

Medical certifications
We can delay shut off for up to 30 days if a licensed medical professional completes a form stating that shutting off your service would be hazardous to the health and safety of a permanent resident of your home.
