
In counties that have reached Level 4 (purple) status in the Ohio Public Health Advisory System, we will limit certain work that requires us to enter customers’ homes. The change will help to protect the safety of our customers, communities and employees.
No counties in our service area are currently at Level 4 status.
If a customer appointment is affected, we will contact the customer to advise them.
We will continue to answer calls, respond to emergencies and provide the reliable gas service that Ohioans depend on. Normal service will resume once a county returns to Level 3 (red) status or lower.
